"I have lived in this neighborhood for almost 2 years now, I do love it here just I wish people were a bit more quiet and more lenient with everyone around them. Not everyone wants to smell you smoking pot and also not everyone wants to hear your loud music coming from your house. "Hazel park is developing quickly as a trendy city. Work has started on John R. South of 10 mile to slim the road down to fewer lanes and increase walk-ability. We moved here from royal oak and really love the area. We’re excited to see home values increasing and new businesses come to town. "

"A huge amount of neighbors have dogs including myself. Everyone is respectful when out walking them and clean up after their pups. Almost all yards are fenced in and a lot of the neighbors will come up and say hello when walking! "
