"My mother in law lives in this neighborhood and I have known this area for over 12 years. The only qualm I have about it is that you get a lot of thru-traffic from people who come off of MacArthur Blvd. and want to avoid the NW Expressway/MacArthur Blvd intersection. Some people go at very high rates of speed, so if you have small children, it would not be safe for them to play in the front yard. In addition, if you have school-age children, you deal with Putnam City School district. Now, the district isn't "bad" per se, but some of the schools within the district are not good due to bullying and racial tension. My children went to one of their nearby elementary and my children were always bullied because they were white, so just know that this happens. "

"My son lives on this street. The neighborhood is only NW 37th Street between Grove and Ann Arbor. It is not pet friendly nor is it good for walking. He has dogs and we have to go to another neighborhood to walk."
