"Neighborhood parties; walking groups in the morning and at night. Dog friendly walk groups. Child friendly neighbors. "

"I've lived here for over 25 years, and would never consider moving from the area. It's quiet, safe, and yet close to all the popular amenities. It's not a gated community, but we feel just as secure. Surrounded by water and buffered by acres of tall pines, we are surrounded by nature. We walk, run, bike, golf, fish swim and play tennis pretty much year-round!"

"My husband and I have lived here for 30 years and find this area to be the nicest place to live. We have tall trees and wild life all around us. The streets are clean, safe, and the people are very friendly. It is also very nice and quiet. "
