"The light bill in this building comes out so high every month it’s insane. 400$ for a light bill during a winter month and 700$ in the summer. Beautiful apartment building but not worth it in my opinion. "

"I see they have a lot of bingo nights in the park. The people are friendly and its mostly quiet. Its just going past University Avenue to get to the shopping area you feel like you came out the suburbs and entered the hood. Other than that the community is clean and quiet. "

"Well we have the metro north on botanical garden near Webster ave and the D and 4 train it’s pretty much a 5 to 8 min walk depending where on Bedford park your located. "
