"Dog owners would like morning walks in the neighborhood but not like that there isn’t sidewalks or places for dogs to poop aside from someone’s lawn or concrete."

"Larger lots, older estate homes, private. Easy access to downtown; walk if you want. Easy to skirt downtown and avoid traffic for easy access to golf, tennis, biking. Great location and ambiance."

"This is a great location. You can walk to great restaurants like jakes, Cheeky's and Koffi. You can walk through blocks and blocks of design district stores. And, the architecture in the neighborhood is the best. "
