    "Nothing. Fishman town with festivals, not many kids around, old unwelcoming neighbors who call the town for the lightest of reasons. It's turning into a bed and breakfast town for people to visit. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. "

    "I've lived here for 11 years. Neighbors are old fashioned can't keep to themselves and rude, everything is a drive away, houses are horrible by the lake. Festivals are the nice part "

    "i have lived here all my life and it is a great are for families with kids or just couples looking to start a family. The school system here is great and offers many AP courses and has a great sports program. If you are thunking about moving to this are you most definitely should. it is AMAZING here!!!"

    "You have the Burt Dam and Olcott. If youre a fisherman its a perfect area. If not there is always something going on in Olcott from little shops and nice restaurants to the many festivals. Located on the Niagara wine trail the area is dotted with local wineries. Its a half hour from the falls. Its a great place to raise children. Newfane schools are great and the taxes are cheap compared to other areas. I cant say enough about this area. "
