This is a quiet lake with great fishing, boating, watersports and birdwatching but without the noise and traffic of Lake Norman. If you like life on the quieter side and if you like rural but upscale neighborhoods, Riverwalk is perfect! We live here and have never heard of ANY crime. It's a great place for kids and young families, but it's also the perfect place for retirees. We love it here!"
