There is a private lake in the subdivision that is managed by the HOA along with a private swimming pool. Shopping is a short drive away in near by Smithville, Home of the movie " Hope Floats" and many more. Some of the best BBQ you can find in the state comes from Smithville! Located between Bastrop and La Grange you have the best of both worlds with country living and the conveniences of being in town. This property would be ideal for the retiree or a young family! A real must see. It really is a great home, Nothing like it in this price range!"
