    "This area is really nice for families. Nearly a dozen police officers and their families live in a one mile radius. Very safe neighborhood right on the public transportation route. Close to nice shopping areas. Kids have 3 different public school district options, plus open enrollment options. Woodbury schools are excellent and quite close."

The houses and townhomes are under valued for the convenience and amenities, making it a fantastic yet economical place to live."
