"South Wedge is undergoing a renaissance, with new businesses, great restaurants and better parking. The property values have increased dramatically since the completion of the apartment complex along the River. The Wedge is very convenient, located less than 5 minutes from downtown and near all major highways as well as Strong Memorial and Highland Hospitals. Highland Park is within easy walking distance, as are the Lilac and Cornhill Festivals. My neighbors are WONDERFUL and look out for each other! South Wedge is a GREAT place to live!"
