"Farmers market. Neighborhood association events. Movie in the park. All you have to do is bring the family, some lawn chairs or a blanket and settle in for a movie under the stars. It's absolutely free. "

"The only problem for parents is that the school system is not really very good at all. If you have younger children it's pretty OK it's just when they get to middle school on high school age that you probably want to be thinking of other options for them besides the school district"

"Peaceful. Part of Browncroft area which prohibits multifamily rentals. Beautiful in the summer with large treed lots and streets. Secluded, but near lots of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. This are has a low/no crime rate, a little know secret. Houses will likely rise in cost over the next few years. Houses for sale stay on the market for less than a month and usually sell within a week of being listed.."
