    "It’s a near 30 year old neighborhood,with homes that are not high-end but not cookie cutter either, it’s made up of older residents and most of the children are no longer here. We have only been here 6 months but have made some acquaintances with our neighbors. It’s a quiet place day and night, with outstanding views of the Sandias,including the tram and the I-25 in the valley below. We love it!"
