For more than 50 years, the Burnsteads family of construction companies has built a reputation as the Northwest’s premiere homebuilder. Marymoor Hill is conveniently located to SR-520, West Lake Sammamish Parkway, Marymoor Park, Microsoft, Nintendo and other high-tech companies. Marymoor Hill has 3 divisions--1 and 2 were built in the late 1980s, and division 3 in 1993-95. Divisions 1 and 2 share a homeowners association, and division 3 has its own homeowners association.
