    "I have been living in the area for 5 years now. It has the Pike Creek shopping area right next door with good food options and activities for kids (Tiger Kids). Red Clay School district is one of the best in Delaware. Church and temple nearby. Goldy Beacom college right across the road. 15 minutes from the tax free shopping extravaganza at Christiana Mall and same distance from the really great Christina Hospital. For entertainment you have Delaware Park Casino and Racetracks at around 7 minutes drive, Carousel park (great for family outings) at 2-3 minutes drive. The place really has something for everyone."
