    "I see people walking their dogs at all times of the day. All are on leashes, and owners are good about properly disposing of their dogs’ waste. Friendly dogs, I have lived here over 3 years and have not seen any aggressive dogs. "

    "I’ve lived here for a couple years, good place to get a first apartment or for an in between location but wouldn’t recommend it long term. Donelson itself is a great area but the apartments are mediocre at best. "

    "There are many families here, we look after each other’s children when they play together, there is a ton of green space to enjoy for kids to run and play, it’s very safe, we have privacy and are hidden from the main roads, quiet, pools galore, an indoor pool and hot tub all year round, there is an entrance to the Greenway Trail that leads to Percy Priest Lake. Like a 10 min walk. We are right around the corner from the beautiful lake. I have lived here for 3 yrs and love it."
