"They would find it very appealing and accommodating. The walk along the road is very scenic and allows areas for dogs to relieve themselves."
  • Corbin D. W.
"It’s very family friendly , quiet , small town, no parks and it’s about an hour commute to anywhere "
  • rickdcookjr
"Have lived here for nearly 10 years. Very stable property values, even through the 2008 economic downturn, as property values held firm. The area is a combination of waterfront and nearby water access properties. It is somewhat "rural" and a bit of a drive to the nearby city of Gonzales (15 - min), but is close to boating, fishing and many other outdoor recreational activities. It is a great place to live and is great place for everyone from families, couples, singles and retirees, as there is much to enjoy here for everyone. "
