"That there is no programs or clubs that are good for kids to explore and keep them occupied. No trending things to do. And the police and addicts are so much at war that there are to many rules now and more gun violence and unsolved crimes due to favoring and police brutality. It use to be a great place to live even without the programs. Not so much any longer."
