"I have lived here in this house for 15 yrs. Never had a break in nor anything stolen from my yard. The police take their breaks and guard the schools right over here. Very peaceful! No problems, unless you're the problem! "

"I have resided in this neighborhood for 5 yrs. Cost of living isn’t too high where I am but the cost in surrounding area is currently going up for no reason at all. School district is the pits!! My son goes to a charter school across the opposite side of town for a better education. Race time this area is considered “speedway” but kids can’t attend that district. "

"It’s cool an all just a few minor issues like neighbors and dogs getting out unsupervised so it’s a decent neighborhood. The houses are really small as well but decent homes if I must say "
