Houston apartments range from garden-style complexes to mid-rise and high-rise towers. In Montrose, Midtown, and the Museum District, many apartments sit in newer brick and stucco buildings with balconies, parking garages, and shared courtyards. Downtown and the Galleria area have more glassy towers and larger mid-rises.
