"I have lived here for 18 years and love it. It’s a quiet, friendly place. Everything you need is close, grocers, hospital,drugstores, good food and other amenities. Law enforcement is outstanding in this area, and Fire stations are close by. Excellent schools also."

"Lots and lots of CATS!! Really! I had a dog in this neighborhood for over 12 years, walked him every night. He liked the neighborhood and ignored the cats unless they were on “his property”!"

"Old Gretna is pet friendly. However the leash laws are straight forward and any attack from furry loved ones can lead to a no leash ticket and court fees. Be safe and keep dogs on leashes in Old Gretna."
