    "This location puts you close to everything... a few miles from the lake, historic downtown, great parks with one of the absolute best youth baseball parks around, plus well planned youth sports such as soccer, softball and more. In addition, the property tax in Grapevine keeps going down due to outstanding local leaders attracting business to the area which brings in revenue from family friendly things such as the Gaylord, Grapevine Mills, Great Wolf Lodge and Legoland. Grapevine provides for its citizens excellent services such as a fully-equipped community center which provide multi-age activities, outstanding library, senior citizens center offering transportation services and a galore of activities along with several municipal pools and many parks throughout the city. Very convenent to DFW airport, downtown FW, Baylor Hospital and all types of shopping.
