    "I've lived in this neighborhood for 16years. The climate off people have definitely changed. Were there was more home owners before you now have a lot of renters who could careless about the way the neighborhood looks. Residents park their vehicles on the grass. There's lots of kids and teens that flood the streets. Residents just let their dogs roam freely at all hours. As well as walking pets and just letting their dogs do their business in yards without picking up behind them."

    "It’s quiet and country like and most people are friendly! Most people keep their lawns cut but most neighbors have weed like lawns! Cheaper homes which is very nice and over all nice looking homes for the area!"

    "It’s quiet... you have churches maybe a mile or 2 down the road. The neighbors are friendly, Working class community. People walk their dogs, streets are narrow but driveway can accommodate guest with some street space. "

    "There are lots of kids, which some dog owners might not like. There are lots of other dogs. The sidewalks are good to walk on. There is level ground for dog walking. There is a park in the neighborhood to play with the dog at. There have been complaints of snakes and fleas in a yard due to someone else’s dog. Children throw things over the fence occasionally which dogs might eat. Ant beds are bad in the yard. Yards are small. "
