  • Sharon B.
"Families and retirees live in my community. Houses are close together, most home owners are considerate, but some are not. Lots of fog and some community cats, also possums, foxes, turtles and deer."
  • Sharon B.
"I live in an HOA community and the only activity is a small book club and a card game that about 4 to 6 men play. Neighbors keep to theirselves or have a certain neighbor that they socialize with."

"No to low crime area near major routes making everything close by car. Small 42 home development with low costs having own wells and septic while outside of any city limits and taxes. Development is right on the bus routes so most are picked up or dropped off at their doorstep. The development is a perfect half mile loop great for walking with pets and children. With no thru roads this area is perfect for those seeking quiet and small neighborhood feel."
