"There are alot of young families and alot of activities for children. Knowlton Park is wonderful for playing and walking and has a splash pad. "
  • Thr33luvsaway
"I am new to Ellsworth just moved here from the west coast. I love this town, I love the people, both the Sheriffs Department and Ellsworth PD are full of hard working professionals. The City really cares about the community and it shows through its inhabitants. The bad, it’s a little boring, the YMCA is so freaking small, the schools need some work, (nothing like big city issues) and plan to travel about 3 hours or so if you want to do some shopping a mall. Other than that I would gladly sacrifice convenience for safety and peace of mind for my family. "
  • Carianne B.
"Small town with everything you need in driving distance. Great shopping areas, unique stores. Lots of great places to get breakfast and pizza! I always feel safe in town."
  • Jdmalbon40
"Lived here for eight years and want to stay in the area. I work seven miles away and the commute is very easy. My neighborhood is very quiet."
