Denver apartments range from old brick walk-ups to new mid-rise buildings. In Capitol Hill, Cheesman Park, and City Park, many apartments sit in early 1900s brick buildings with stoops, bay windows, and small courtyards. In LoDo and RiNo, apartments often fill converted warehouses or newer buildings with steel, glass, and large windows.
