Most of the homes here have fenced yards, and beyond just a crime report you can tell it's safe because kids play outside all time without worry. Neighborhood also has a community group if you choose to join that organizes neighborhood events like community day for kids and keeps up local rain gardens. Nice place to raise a family."

It is quiet and laid-back. Kids actually play outside! And you’ll even see a lemonade stand or ice cream truck in the summer. "
