There is an elementary school within a block of the house and most people don't' know the place exists so it is quiet and relaxing to live here. The neighborhood is save, surrounded by lake, sunny and close to town. The mix of homes are eclectic with everything from giant lake homes to little summer cottages and every home is different so walking around the neighborhood is always a delight."
