"A little ruff around the edges at times but a strong community and great people. I love biking around and going to the park. There are always people walking around adding life to the streets. Nice trees in the area and nice simple houses are great to see. There is also great community garden with fresh veggies for sale. Beltline is a bike ride away and will be great when fully built. Library is nice and the books are great also you can rent movies. "

"Diversity. Beautiful parks and beautiful trees line the streets. We have a mixture of elderly residents who have lived here for 50 years and young residents who are just graduating college. We all learn from each other."

"The new library that has a huge assortment of resources for various purposes, family friendly shops and restaurants."
  • "I bought here with idea of up and coming area but mortgage crisis turned this area upside down in many ways and it will be hard to rebound. Quaint neighborhood of old homes but the elements of crime are very real and scary. Break ins are common place and people with "things" to steal get hit more than once. Lots of residents are upside down in their mortgage as area has been hard hit by steep price drops and mortgage fraud. Many newer homeowners feel trapped here. Best to rent first to see if it is your cup of tea as it is not for the faint hearted!!. "
