"It’s quiet peaceful the constables patrol the area. Some neighbors are courteous of your property other’s aren’t. No place is really perfect."

"Paw Paw Chico's is within walking distance and that has drastically improved my quality of life. Also there's a really awesome park nearby with a massive dog park and a decent amount of trails. I've found Chanterelles there before and the Cypress trees are nice. "
