Description

Concrete patio pad for rent. Made for a nice trailer to park on it and call it home. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Pad size is 31 ft length. 16 ft width.

There are a couple of rules pertaining to renting. I would like no more than 2 vehicles for the rental. You will need to get a post office address. There are already 3 households using the address. Electricity and water are included. I am trying to add WiFi for free also. There are 10 acres where you will be staying with sulfur ponds in walking distance. 10 minutes from town but the feel of country!

    "No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs,keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
