      "Brand new school and community center with a pool and tons of activities. The school has a lakeside classroom and there is also an old log cabin for some classes. Children are close enough to walk to school. There are also several places for dining nearby as well as a small grocery store. It’s a fairly safe neighborhood with almost no crime. "
