"Small town charm with a growing suite of services and shops to choose from. It’s the benefit of a smaller community bit with easy access to top facilities and amenities. "

"Few people in McCordsville are cordial or nice. Most people here want desperately to be considered Geist because they think they have money. Most are stuck up and if you’re an outsider then reconsider moving here. "

"This is an extremely nice and beautiful rural area to live. However, if you want the big city amenities, it's less than 10 minutes from Geist, Castleton, and Greenfield. Downtown Indy is approx. 20-25 minutes."

"The town of Mccordsville, Indiana is a great place to call home. Mccordsville is an easy commute to much of Indianapolis or it's metro regions. Although the town doesn't hold much in regards to groceries or retail shopping, the area is extremely close to some of the city's more popular locations like 82nd Street, 96th Street, 116th or the Lawrence shopping areas. In addition Mccordsville is perfectly situated within less than five minutes to Geist Reservoir, and around ten minutes to I-69, I-70 and less than 15 minutes to I-465 via Pendleton Pike."
