Community Description

Eagles Landing is a new community of just sixteen homesites in Lillington, NC, located on Neills Creek Road in Harnett County. Every homesite runs from a half acre to a full acre, set far enough apart that what you see out the back is your own. Sixteen is the entire community, not the first phase of six, and there is no through traffic because the road serves only the homes on it. Eagles Landing features the Signature Series from New Home Inc., our larger floor plans, built for buyers who want the square footage to work as hard as the lot does. Neills Creek Park sits three quarters of a mile up the same road, with trails, creek frontage, and open ground. Harnett Central Middle and Harnett Central High are one mile away. Campbell University in Buies Creek is six minutes east. Downtown Angier is eight minutes north, downtown Lillington ten minutes southwest along the Cape Fear River, and downtown Fuquay-Varina fifteen minutes. Raven Rock State Park, with bluffs a hundred feet above the Cape Fear and more than twenty miles of trail, is about twenty minutes away. Fort Bragg is roughly thirty minutes down the road. Schools are Lillington-Shawtown Elementary, Harnett Central Middle, and Harnett Central High, all part of Harnett County Schools.
