    "13 mile commute in the morning takes me about 45 minutes... After 11 am traffic going into downtown is minimal. Coming back home after 7 is also minimal traffic. Anything earlier will be an hour commute"

Children are close enough to walk to school. There are also several places for dining nearby as well as a small grocery store. It’s a fairly safe neighborhood with almost no crime. "
