"Really nice area for family and enjoyable living. Plenty of fun things to do. You will need transportation. Some residents like to complain because the sky is blue - but other than that, great place to live outside of Raleigh. "

"The commute to Morrisville and back is brutal. Lots of traffic on US 1 and 540. Accidents every day. People drive like maniacs weaving in and out of traffic. It is the only drawback to living here."

"People walk their dogs and for the most part, they’re responsible for the pet’s waste. Unfortunately, people are less tolerable of middle school age children and high schoolers simply being kids. "

"A real sense of community. We all look out for each other; never is it as obvious as when the last bad storm came through. Everyone was out the next morning helping to clean up tree limbs and leaves from the entire cut-de-sac, not just their own yard, sharing tools, equipment and man power. "

"There are quite a few dog owners in my neighborhood. Most are responsible owners, but there are those that walk their dogs at night and allow them to relieve themselves in their neighbors yards. This is the part I dislike. I sit on my porch at night and you wouldn’t believe the things I see dog owners allow their dogs to do."
