"Terrell is absolutely horrible for the amount of stray dogs and cats, along with a huge number of people dumping their animals. As an animal lover, it absolutely breaks my heart. "

"Some neighborhoods in Terrell do not have sidewalks or are unkept and are in my opinion too unsafe for children to walk to school. It is also not uncommon to see stray dogs roaming the streets with the potential of them being aggressive. "

"Some dogs roam freely though there is high traffic and speeders through the neighborhood. City ordinances regarding registration and other requirements can be expensive and intrusive. Local vet clinics are the most inadequate and insensitive we have come in contact with."

"It's the arm pit of TX. No one lives here by choice. It's like quick sand. It sucks you in by force and pulls you under so you can never leave. The only positive is Jamie Fox grew up here."
