About this House

The Margot home design by Fischer Homes offers a thoughtfully planned layout that blends architectural character with everyday convenience. This two-story home features four bedrooms and between 2.5 and 3.5 baths, making it ideal for both families and entertaining guests. With a generous square footage ranging from 3,155 to 3,243 square feet, there's plenty of room to live and grow. The ten-foot ceilings on the first floor enhance the open feel of the main living areas, while a courtyard-entry garage adds visual interest and functionality. A light-filled two-story foyer creates a welcoming introduction to the home and sets the stage for a layout designed to feel both refined and comfortable. The Margot features a first-floor primary suite that provides convenience and privacy, with customizable bath options available to tailor the space. The family room serves as a central gathering area and may include an optional vaulted ceiling, creating a more expansive feel. This space connects directly to an included covered patio or deck, extending the living area outdoors. Upstairs, an expansive loft offers additional flexible space, while optional features such as a butler's pantry, expanded Bedroom 2, shared bath configurations, a fourth bedroom with an en suite, and a second-floor laundry hookup allow the layout to be personalized based on preference. Designed to adapt over time, the Margot offers flexible spaces across multiple levels that support a variety of daily routines.

  • Debbie R.
"We do not need public transportation. Everything from work to shopping and entertainment close enough for a short drive, walk or golf cart."
  • Nora S. N.
"Folks keep their dogs on leash, but lots of folks walk dogs and interact. Mulberry Park has so many walking trails, too. "
  • misskla2000
"I live here and my kids have left the doors to the house open for hours and no harm has occurred. the neighbors are involved and watch each others homes."
  • Debra V.
"I moved to this area 10 years ago. We purchased a new home in a very nice sub-division. Our neighborhood is kept up very nicely, neighbors are friendly & you know that there is someone available if you need anything or to watch over your home if you go on a trip. You can be as involved as you like with your neighbors or keep to yourself, it's your choice. It is very quiet & peaceful. The sub-division is surrounded by fields & farms. Our backyard happens to back up to a large field which belongs to a horse farm. It is nice to watch the horses roaming around. We also see many deer, rabbits, etc.. It is a very safe, pleasant area to live in!"
  • Debra V.
"I have lived in this area for 10 years. We live in a very nice sub-division. Homes are well kept & neighbors are friendly & help each other out when needed. It is a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It is your choice how involved you want to be with your neighbors, but you know that they are there if needed."
  • Cummingdw
"Superior. Two Exits to I85 make this location ideal if you need to commute. The School are excellent. The Libraries and Parks are exceptional. The churches are warm and welcoming with genuine concern for all members of the community."
  • keng1355
"Nice swim and tennis community. Fire department is 1/2 mile away. Close to '85, the mall of Ga., Hamilton Mill Rd., and Dacula. Little Mulberry park is 1/2 mile away. It is a great park to do all types of walking, hiking, or horseback riding."
  • Melinda A.
"Excellent schools Mill Creek District. Mulberry Park 1 mile away with 870 acre park. Home Depot and shopping 4 miles away. Swim, Tennis Community. Active community. "
  • Deetitusjiaa
"This sub-division is beautiful, hilly, friendly and kept to a T. We have an excellent association, but you only have to pay 155.00 per year. They make sure everything is in tip top condition. Loved living in Antrim Glen but had to move to Indiana to caretake parents. "
