What Locals Say about Central College Station

  • Patrick Munoz
"I have good longtime neighbors. We look out after each other."
  • "Mostly just established families over near Cimarron/Mescalero. Very quiet and respectful. Brothers Pond Park is in walking distance and is stunning and clean, well-maintained. "
  • Shawntereka Brown
"House warmings and gatherings. Even have Bbq’s from time to time. Have game nights and also movie nights."
  • "mostly highway. I work in bryan so it's farther away for me to drive. but no longer than 20 minutes "
  • "Yes, less odd places to walk the dog. Generally friendly neighbors. Most used a decent size and parks"
  • "Lots of areas and sidewalks to walk the dog including some dog parks. However, sometimes owners do not pick up after those pets. "
  • "Pet friendly area with lots of sidewalks for walking and dog parks perfect for playing. Most dog owners are respectful by keeping their dogs on leashes. My only complaint is that a lot of dog owners do not pick up after their pets and pet waste us almost always an issue. "
  • "I drive 30 mins to and from work. Sometimes the traffic is bad if the weather is bad and if there is an accident expect to be in traffic for hours cause its the main highway."
  • Meghanloughlin
"I came here for college 10 years ago and never wanted to leave. This town has everything for college kids and everything for starting a family. 2 kids later I am still in love with this town."
  • Jacobvarner17
"I love here. It good. Good tree. Good grass. Good walls. Nice place. Lovely people. So much to do. So much to see."
  • "I live on Bahia Drive. It is terrible with all the students and others who rent here. they do not care about their trash blowing all over, dogs breaking through fences and killing neighbors dogs, barking, loud parties. Parking is where ever they can find a spot and getting down Bahia Drive is a nightmare. "
