    "It is a great place to walk your dog. Dog walkers are also courteous and clean up. There are many mature trees and we have seen rabbits, possums, and deer on our walks. It is very entertaining for the dogs. Any neighbors we encounter have always been friendly. There are no sidewalks so always keep your dog on leash and be aware of traffic and your surroundings. As for living in Berwick, the lots are generously sized for being this close to the city."
