"There are plenty of spaces to walk your animals along with plenty of pet waste disposal containers. "

"Although there are nice parks where I live, most of the family friendly neighborhoods reside in an enclosed neighborhood called Cameron Station. There is a beautiful library and it's close to Van Dorn Metro. There is a lot of traffic and some have pockets that are unsafe. The area is not pedestrian friendly. Lots of dog parks. Not stroller friendly. Eisenhower seems to have the least amount of crime but it is a busy street during the day. LA Mart is a great source for Asian groceries. The area has almost everything you need in a short distance. Schools aren't rated the best."

"I walk the dog late at night even at midnight and it feels safe. I've walked the dog even at 4 to 5 am outside the perimeter because there is already traffic on Eisenhower Ave and Van Dorn St. We are so close to Kingstowne, National Harbor, and I hear Landmark Mall will be renovated in a few years into a town Center. Plus the Metro is right across the street. No need to wait in misery for A SHUTTLE BUS at Cameron Station or the condos. We are literally a minute from 495/95 and 5 minutes from 395. This is a great community with many pet owners and a nice pool. I also walk 4 miles back and forth on Eisenhower Avenue. Nice long walk and very scenic walk all the way past Cameron Water park. The Eisenhower Avenue at the end is developing into a trendy area filled with restaurants and we've been going to the cinemas there for 16 years plus Old Town Alexandria is like home and we go there often to look at the water and eat at the shops, as well as National Harbor."
