"Not enough convenience stores. There's only one called Quick Stop and it's terrible. Food, service and safety are horrible at this store. There is only one safe park to go to in this area which is Conrad Square Park and the pizza places are lousy including Pizza Brain which is too high priced. No laundromats close by and there used to be two of them on Frankford ave in this area. I lived here my whole life and this area has gone downhill and the "New" restaurant up the street "The Pickled Heron" is ridiculous with prices that are very un affordable!! These places belong in Center City not in a neighborhood where people work hard for their money and deserve better!!"

"Great new and trendy neighborhood with excellent transportation to the city!!! Also, lots of Green homes in the area and of course great nightlife on the Frankford Corridor. This area is the new northern Liberties at half the cost."
