"There’s a great park near by and some our neighbors are nice. This neighborhood is great to live in. I would rate this neighborhood as 100%. Negativity would be sometimes not finding parking. "

"St. George is a unique neighborhood that is perfect for anyone who plans to work in Manhattan and wants a short, FREE commute. The neighborhood is full of artists, writers, musicians; it's LGBTQ-friendly, lots a great restaurants in the area, low-income and upper-income people living in the same community. Gorgeous old Victorian homes, several condo/coop/apartment buildings in the area. High crime rate? As compared to what? I've never experienced crime here, except for the occasional car break-in. I've live here for 30 years. 10 mins from Snug Harbor Cultural Center."

"I live by the ferry and it is an easy commute to Manhattan. My husband commutes back and forth to work by ferry, it only takes 30 minutes. They are building a mall and a Ferris wheel in my neighborhood, it is going to be the biggest in the east coast. There plenty of schools and stores in my neighborhood. I have only lived here for two years. I hate it because there are a lot of drug addicts, gang members and poverty in my neighborhood. I am moving in the next year to PA. "

Amenities: The location and property itself is nice, but I was disappointed with the unit. It was not what I expected. Very small in comparison to others in the area, and highly overpriced.
