      Newly remodeled studio and one bedroom apartments with kitchenettes. Studios are priced at $570-$625 for 6-month leases and $495-$550 for 12-month leases. One-bedrooms are priced at $770-$825 for 6-month leases and $695-$750 for 12-month leases. Additional $50/month utilities fee (water, electric, sewer, trash). Amenities include: on-site security, on-site laundry (coin and app operated), swimming pool, tornado shelter, and clubhouse which has a fitness center and full commercial kitchen. Kitchenettes include two stove-top burners, microwave, and mini fridge. We are pet friendly! $300 one-time pet fee (good for two pets), no aggressive breeds, and 35-pound weight limit.

      Furnished option for $50/mo. includes a table, 2 chairs, nightstand, desk, bed, and lamp.

      $35 application fee per adult. No felonies or prior evictions. We do not do credit checks, however, you must have 6 months of verifiable income with pay stubs or proof of income and 6 months of positive rental history.
