"High crime and homelessness is rampant.. poor management Overture is surrounded by vacant lots and buildings "

"I like the neighborhood. I feel safe. There’s cool shops. The people are friendly and usually say hello. There’s a lot of dogs and people seem to pick up after them. The streets are clean and there’s usually always parking. "

"You feel like your in the suburbs but you’re only one subway stop from Midtown Manhattan. Great restaurants and bars."

"Many families and kids and parks and quaint. Local school nearby and everyone is friendly. I enjoy it. "

"I’ve lived here over thirty years and moved here specifically for the schools and knowing it was safe for my children to walk to school and play outside. My children are grown now and even though many older people have moved, many younger families have moved in. It’s fun to see all the children playing outdoors and families getting to know one another"

"Sixth Avenue Parkway and Severn (designated bike route) are very popular for walking dogs, taking babies out in strollers, and jogging."

"Parks are great but there is a lot of traffic. I love going to the park with my dog. There are always others pups to play with! I do wish that there were a few more lights around the park for evening walks. "

"friendly neighbors, great local restaurants within walking distance, sense of community, and close to everything in Denver, especially City Park, the Zoo, and Museum of Nature and Science."

"just another average, rather bland neighborhood in Denver. with a 5+ year Hole next door. building more overpriced condo's & apts not many can afford. if you consider 2+ miles in any direction a "High Walkscore", then you have no clue what a real city should feel like. yes it's safe, better the Caphill but that's not saying much. "

"This is one truly great community in the metro Denver area. It's safe, and beautiful parks, walkways, and bike paths nearby. It's a comfortable place to live and easy access to downtown."
