Our new apartments in Boulder, CO have been designed to crank the wow factor to eleven. Just look at the finishes. You rarely see that kind of luxury in an apartment. If ever. The kitchen alone will make you stop and stare. With the elegant quartz countertops, custom backsplashes, an abundance of cabinet space and modern open shelving, there's no wonder why it's sure to be the heart of your new home.

Then there are the views of the Boulder Country Club and The Flatirons. They made oversized windows mandatory. And the golf course practically dictated we put a golf simulator in the clubhouse. But if you'd rather sit by the fireplace and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in our Community Center, we'll understand. That's why it's here. A cozy spot to read a book or work on your laptop with the buzz and activity around you.

You've never seen any place like Gunbarrel Center before. Call today for your personal tour and see just how interesting life can be.

I walk to Pearl Street by way of Foothills Trail, through beautiful neighborhoods apple orchards, Mt. Sanitas and am fascinated by the rock formations. I bicycle many days a week and many miles, such a perfect location to start from and end up! It’s a family and friends tradition to do the Bolder Boulder on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend, so fun! I have been taking it easy for a while due to some physical injuries, but continue to build up my strength and stamina walking my dog, climbing and hiking - I get a great workout! Here’s a tidbit!
