We all greet each other & treat each other with the utmost respect. I am especially close to my neighbors across the street. We all look out for each other. "

"We live on D St. which is a highly congested street. It has lulls of quiet but mostly noisy. Definitely triple pane windows are a must. San Felipe park and Sulphur Creek nature center are nearby. This is a plus. Downtown is about a mile away. About three miles away are hiking trails which we use about once a week. There are a lot of walkers, joggers and bicyclist using D St. As far as community there is a network of neighbors that keep an eye on their block and report questionable activity. We've lived here twenty years and have no plans of moving."
