Description
We use an independent, third-party pet screening vendor for all our tenant prospects. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies we require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process regardless of having a pet or animal. This process is done once a year and ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet / animal records.
There is a nominal fee for a household pet screening Pet Profile. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is no ($0) charge for an assistance animal accommodation request and no ($0) charge for a 'No Pet / Animal' profile. Please visit https
investwestmanagement.petscreening.com to get started.

"The bus comes right in front of my house easy access to anything you need Just 3 blocks from town one block from Kaiser 4 blocks from the hospital The neighborhood is very friendly"

"We have the farmers market a few blocks away every Tuesday and Saturday morning in the summer months, it's nice to support our locals."

"I think dog owners would enjoy quiet morning walks, this neighborhood isn't too active early in the day and is pretty peaceful overall. I don't think dog owners would like that neighbors set off fireworks for about 2 weeks straight in July, and because of how close our houses are, the fireworks feel fairly close for such a populated area. "

"some streets are super busy. hard to let kids play outside with the way some people drive. our neighbors are super friendly. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for about seven and a half years and I am sad to be leaving. Lots of joyful noise in the spring, summer and fall...children outside playing, riding bikes and running through sprinklers."
