  • Jorge Saavedra
"As a dog owner myself I know the misfortune of having to live in an apartment when it comes to certain dog breeds. Because of this certain dogs get cooped up and of course with life’s insane demands there may not always be proper training/ dog socializing so certain dogs may be a little more aggressive than others. "
  • Karen Pavlakis
"Lots of places to walk your dog. Pretty tree lined streets. Most people pick up after their animals. "
  • Katherine W
"It is very nice. I feel safe and the people are very nice. The city is beautiful and very scenic. There are lots of job opportunities."
  • Arash Shams
"A lot of fighting in our neighborhood everyday which I really don’t like it, I don’t know why people can not live like human. "
  • J-man71
"Great location, close to freeways, shopping, restaurants, etc. Love my neighborhood, well maintained, friendly, safe. "
  • Jjoseph071818
"Make this neighborhood feel safe by respecting loving care for each other drive carefully when you’re driving . See something say something so that people can know what to aware of ."
  • Jorge Saavedra
"For dog owners specifically, they shouldn’t run into a problem. I do take notice in the fact that a lot of neighbors own pit bulls and with that comes the violent stereotype of aggressive pit bulls. Maybe depending the size of the dog some people might want to steer clear of those with pit bulls and rather go to a dog park or something like that."
  • Maxwell Hayes
"Too many hills. Many stray/loose dogs that are aggressive. Personally have been attacked while walking my dog."
  • Jorge Saavedra
"Every Fourth of July people will go out in the street and light off fireworks. It’s a nice event that everyone participates in and usually people are pretty clean about it."
  • Christapearson666
"I hear gunshots at least 3 out of 7 nights per week, sometimes more. I know there have been home invasions and drive by shootings very near to where I am. I would not raise a family here. "
  • Meawait
"In our neighborhood we have floats and get togethers, mostly in the summer. People recognize and know each other by sight."
  • Trulia User
"I see people walking their dogs in the area all the time. Sidewalks are well lit and maintained. only downside is the lack of trash cans for people to put the dog poop in."
  • Trulia User
"Close to the commons mall and all the amenities like grocery and pharmacies, banks, gas etc. very close to I-5, SR167, and hwy 18"
  • Trulia User
"It's not too bad. Busier in the morning and afternoon because of business hours but otherwise not more than 20 or so minutes to get anywhere."
  • Anong O.
"Family oriented neighborhood, safe, spacious and quiet area. Northlake ridge community is near majors freeway and highways, easy access to Costco, Home Depot, stores, shops and restaurants. Living near the city but not in the bustling city."
  • Bob P.
"This place is very well taken care of through the Gia and family’s working in there yards. Every one walked there dogs and picks up after them. Parking is a bit crowed but we all seam to get along well. "
  • Sara C.
"Commute is 20 plus miles by car. Lots of route options to and from here. Easy freeway access. Located just close enough to everywhere I need to go. "
  • Harshbir B.
"Lively, and safe. Parks are well maintained and easy access to buses and other neighborhoods. Vintage Hills —> Berkshire Glen —> Bridges is easy place to walk"
  • Nixon V.
"There is hardly any public transportation that makes it up to the reservation. There is one bus very early in the morning and the parking spaces at the train station always fill up, so just plan on driving your car everywhere."
  • Theresita R. R.

"Lakeland Hills has many holiday events like doughnuts & pics with Santa, Easter egg hunts, trick-or-treat events, and toy drives. It’s a great neighborhood for young families. "
  • Nicole W.
"Lakeland Hills is a beautiful community. We’ve lived here for two years and have loved it! It feels very safe, great for walking, and our kids love the many parks around. Restaurants, gas, and a grocery store are conveniently close. In my opinion, it’s the best neighborhood in Auburn. "
  • Rebecca R.
"I lived here in this neighborhood for years, it’s conveniently located close to schools and freeways ."
  • Kc S.
"Lived here for a year now and I love my neighbors and the community center down the hill. Great parks for my two dogs and I haven’t had any issues thus far."

"WASHINGTON is great. And I like the weather and much more to see with nature. People are very friendly."
  • Bonnie B.
"Movies at the neighborhood park in the summer. People smiling and saying hello when you walk by each other on the sidewalk."
  • Trulia User
"I've lived in many different parts of Auburn over the past 3 years. Over the years the local area gets worse and worse with homeless people and drug addicts everywhere. there are sirens blaring 24/7, it is not safe to leave packages at your door. my bbq was stolen off of my porch along with a bike and a small padio set. you can not leave your car unlocked for fear of will be raided and or stolen."
  • Sbgfs
"South Auburn isnt a great place to raise kids. Most of central and north Auburn are ok i would check local crime reports for the city prior to movie"
  • Kassia D.
"Although it is great for commuting, the area is loud, dirty, and has a drug/mental health homeless problems. "
  • Martinezlesleylamb
"I’ve lived here since the day I was born. People are friendly and kids can roam free. Free parking spaces."
  • Lana S.
"Lived here 8 years. Wide roads. Side walks. Kid and dog friendly. Neighbors look after one another. Generally, we know who is coming and going. Definitely safe to walk at night."
  • Sokaiya L.
"Homelessness and filth abound. Property is trespassed regularly and theft is common. Upkeep of the area is pathetic. Drugs are prevalent. People are rude. Employees with certain institutions take after the vagrants of the street in their conduct and demeanor. Recommend residency elsewhere. "
  • Ashleigh P.
"I live in apartments but the office does fun things for July August and September for the community "
  • Elisabhernandez
"I like my neighborhood, everything is very close to my house. I have lived here for over 3 years and don't feel like moving anywhere else, is a little old and expensive tho"
  • Lisa
"parades..memorial and veterans day. tree lighting festivals for kids and farmers markets. river close by. big parks and main street is like small city living"
  • Angela M.
"Nothing special here. There are no community events. The old neighbors know each other and talk to each other, but new neighbors tend to keep to themselves."
  • Eyewired13
"Easy access to freeways. Close to Kent, Renton or Seattle and everything in between. Easy access over to the water for walking or fine dining as well. "
