"When they have events at the Meriden green, the farmers market is nice. It runs from July to October. They have some festivals at Hubbard park especially the Puerto Rican festival "

"There aren’t any. There is nothing to do in Meriden other than drive to other towns. Meriden has zero attractions for residents, the town has nothing but fast food restaurants and a dead mall. No museums, no culture, not even small independent retailers. The town is dead. "

"This neighborhood is not family friendly. Many of the neighbors don’t work so there is commotion day in and day out. No respect for private driveways. My children are not allowed outside. It is very hard to find a 3 bdrm in Meriden in a peaceful civil street. "
