"There's plenty of green areas for dogs to run around. Also, plenty of squirrels to chase around. State street can be busy at times, so you have to be careful when crossing. "

"Downtown Kirkland is amazing. You are walking distance to everything, including the water. There are many weeks I never drive my car. Whether it be coffee shops, bars, restaurants, parks, shopping, or even the dentist, it's all right here. Not to mention there are some terrific areas for running."

"This is one of the most desirable communities in the Pacific Northwest. Kirkland is considered to be the perfect place for those who want activities, great restaurants, waterfront locations and easy access. Community has weekend events for bike races, walks, antique cars, art shows and more. Great atmosphere and friendly."
